Who we are

HappyWallArt is a sole trader business. Administrative contact: Jonathan Rees, Scalestreams, Avondowns Court, 7-9 Alma Vale Rd, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2HL, United Kingdom. You can reach us at accounts@happywallart.com. When you buy from us you are entering a contract with us under the laws of England and Wales.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. HappyWallArt is not registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and we are unable to issue VAT invoices. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. In the rare case of a pricing error we will contact you before producing your piece - you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery is a flat £4.95 per order worldwide, and free on orders over £50. Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.

What we currently sell

We currently sell unframed acrylic and foam board prints. Framed prints and personalised pieces are not offered at the moment. If we introduce them, the relevant terms below will apply and we will make the details clear on the product page before you order.

Made to order

Every piece is produced on demand. Production and delivery estimates are shown in our shipping policy; they are estimates rather than guarantees, though we hit them the overwhelming majority of the time.

Personalisation

Personalisation is not currently available. If and when we offer it, you will be responsible for the content you supply for personalised pieces. You must not send us anything you do not have the right to use, or anything offensive or unlawful - we reserve the right to refuse and refund any personalisation order at our discretion. By submitting content you would confirm you have the right to use it and grant us the licence needed to produce your piece.

Our designs

All HappyWallArt artwork, designs, the HappyWallArt smiley and brand assets are our intellectual property. Buying a print gives you a lovely thing for your wall, not a licence to reproduce or resell the artwork.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
