FAQ
What's your art printed on?
Three materials: acrylic (glass-like, vivid, our showstopper), canvas (classic, warm, gallery-wrapped) and foam board (light, sharp and easy to hang, with a choice of white or black edge). Every product page lists the sizes available for that piece.
What size should I go for?
Most pieces come in five portrait sizes, 20×30 cm up to 60×90 cm. The square pieces run 20×20 cm to 60×60 cm.
A rule of thumb: art hanging above furniture looks right at roughly two-thirds the width of whatever sits beneath it. 20×30 cm works on a shelf or as part of a group; 40×60 cm is the safe bet above a sideboard or a bed; 60×90 cm is a statement and wants a wall to itself. Still torn? Cut the size out of newspaper and stick it on the wall for a day — it's the only test that never lies.
What does delivery cost?
One flat rate: £4.95 anywhere in the world, and free on every order over £50. Same price whatever size or material you choose, and no surprises at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Pieces are made to order: typically 2-5 working days in production. UK delivery is usually 2-4 working days on top; international varies by destination. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries worldwide, from day one, at the same flat £4.95 (free over £50). We print through a global production network, so wherever possible your piece is made close to you: faster delivery, fewer shipping miles.
What's the smiley about?
Every HappyWallArt piece hides our smiley somewhere. It's our maker's mark and our little game. Sometimes it's obvious, sometimes it takes a proper look. If you genuinely can't find it, email us and we'll give you a clue.
Do you sell framed prints?
Not at the moment. Everything we make is designed to hang beautifully without a frame: canvas arrives gallery-wrapped and foam board has a clean white or black edge. Framed options are on our list rather than in our shop, and Sunshine Club members will be first to hear if we add them.
Do you offer personalisation?
Not at launch. Personalised pieces, with your own words, names or photos, are something we're building rather than something you can order today. Join the Sunshine Club and you'll hear first when it goes live.
Can I return a piece?
Damaged or faulty, always: we'll replace it free. Changed your mind: yes, within 14 days, as long as the piece is unused and in its original packaging. Full details on our Returns and Refunds page.
