What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, delivery address, and payment details (handled securely by our payment providers — we never see your full card number). If you add personalisation, we hold the text or photo you supply for as long as needed to produce your piece. If you sign up to our emails, we hold your email address until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only who's needed to get your order to you: Shopify (our store platform), our print and fulfilment partner (who receive your name, address and artwork so they can make and ship your piece), and payment providers. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your basket working and to understand how people use the site. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser or the cookie banner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it, normally within a few days and always within a month.
