Who we are

HappyWallArt is a sole trader business operated from Bristol, United Kingdom. When you buy from happywallart.com you're entering a contract with us under the laws of England and Wales. Full business details are on our Legal notice page.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP. HappyWallArt is not registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and we're unable to issue VAT invoices. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. In the rare case of a pricing error, we'll contact you before producing your piece - you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery is a flat £4.95 to anywhere in the world, and free on orders over £50. The rate is the same whatever size or material you order and wherever you are. Import duties or local taxes, where a country charges them, are the customer's responsibility.

Made to order

Every piece is produced on demand. Production and delivery estimates are shown on our Shipping page; they're estimates, not guarantees, though we hit them the overwhelming majority of the time.

What we currently sell

We currently sell unframed prints on acrylic, canvas and foam board. Framed prints and personalised pieces are not offered at the moment. If we add them, these terms will be updated before they go on sale.

Personalisation

Personalised pieces are not currently available. If and when we offer them, the following will apply: you're responsible for the content you supply. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to use (someone else's copyrighted image, for example) or anything offensive or unlawful - we reserve the right to refuse and refund any personalisation order at our discretion. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us the licence needed to produce your piece.

Our designs

All HappyWallArt artwork, designs, the HappyWallArt smiley and brand assets are our intellectual property. Buying a print gives you a lovely thing for your wall, not a licence to reproduce or resell the artwork.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for anything that can't legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
