Shipping policy

Every piece is printed and hand-finished to order, then shipped straight to you.

Delivery costs

Delivery is a flat £4.95 worldwide, and free on all orders over £50. One rate, wherever you are and whatever size or material you choose.

Timings

Production typically takes 2-5 working days depending on material. UK delivery is usually 2-4 working days on top. International delivery varies by destination and is shown at checkout. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. We print through a global production network, so wherever possible your piece is produced close to you - which means faster delivery and fewer shipping miles. Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Something not arrived?

If your tracking has stalled or your piece has not turned up when expected, email accounts@happywallart.com with your order number and we will chase it down.
