HappyWallArt is a sole trader business, not an incorporated company. It is therefore not registered at Companies House and has no company registration number.

VAT

HappyWallArt is not registered for UK VAT. No VAT is charged on any order and we are unable to issue VAT invoices.

Products and pricing

All artwork is made to order through our print production partners. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour and finish can occur between screens and printed materials.

Use of this website and any contract formed through it is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
